I’m just going to jump right on in, some of these shorts are hit and miss. I watched one that was just awful and here’s my notes for Grief (Frankie).
What is this some Tarantino shit with the camera going in circles, way too much screaming and lolly gagging around, tribal tattoos suck. He’s saying “brother” more times than Hershel saying “this is my farm”. I see why Grief was the first shot on the DVD, to get it out of the way.
Now then with that out of the way, here’s what I thought of Myctophobia. Bryan Wolford can make the darkness even more frightful in the way be can manipulate lighting in his shorts, I’m talking about Shadows as well.
The ending… Well, I have a theory on that. The husband comes home and the first thing I notice is he’s wearing gloves, that gave me the idea of him being the Peoria Strangler that was talked about in the T.v. broadcast. As for the therapist, thought he was just out to get his patient. She did say she’ll be home alone.
